Hotfix 18

Hotfix 18 eliminates a bug where the player would not spawn with the journal in their inventory.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the player would not spawn with the journal in their inventory. Existing saves without the journal will have the journal added on spawn.

Changes

• Changed some item descriptions to better follow the lore/narrative (which needs a fair bit of attention down the line)
